Can you recommend removal company in SW London?

We are moving on 15 October, from one bit of SW London to another. DH and I are splitting up so it will be a moderately complex move, for all that neither of us is going far.

Any recommendations? Or indeed tips for how to split our stuff?

Bushells did a great job for me, a few friends have also used them and been happy too. HTH

Capital Removals did a very good job for us a few weeks ago. Good luck with it all, it sounds very stressful. I'm not sure how you would split things, but probably try to do it so that you each have as much as possible to set yourselves up again in your respective new homes.

thanks both, I'll give them a try.

DS2's tip is that DH gets all the old stuff DS2 doesn't like, I get the good stuff and then DS2 and I go shopping Hmm. It hasn't quite clicked with DS2 that he will be spending time at his dad's house...

good luck with the move.

I know a lot of people who recommend Bushells. They only do SW London so wouldn't move me from the City to SW but worth a look I think.

We used OIS, who were very good value and great on the day

We used Simply Removals (as used by the Camerons to move to Downing Street!) - they actually came in with the cheapest quote and were great. They packed for us, too.

Thanks WestWing - cheap, and a touch of glamour! What more could you ask?
