If anyone is bored watching the Labour leader debate on QT like me - you can help us figure out where we can live in London.
We love where we are, in NE London, very cool, villagey place, really buzzy and interesting. Good for (small) kids too. But we have had enough of being showed really crappy houses by hideous EAs who don;t have to bat an eyelid to get asking prices on these monstrosities.
DH works near Heathrow so we can't move any further away from there!
We have £600k for a 3/4 bed house, period features, near good schools, villagey area. You know the drill!
If anyone has any new ideas for us (we have only ever lived here since moving to London) would be very grateful Smile

What about Hersham in Surrey. It calls itself a village. Based around a green. Loads of open space around it. Has v good infant school and a catholic primary. A couple of choices of bit further away middle schools and is in catchement for good secondary in Esher. It has a waitrose!

Near to both Walton on Thames which has good shops and Esher which is tres posh.

I don't live there in case you were wondering!

Thames Ditton - near Kingston?

Very villagey - a bit nappy valley but by the river. My fave road is Church Walk.
