I know Newcastle Emlyn well and I'm very fond of it. I like to think in a parallel universe another version of me lives there with DP, about 4 kids and several pets Camarthenshire is one of my favourite parts of the world.

Your place is the same price as my London flat so I'd love to see it If I like it I'll move my imaginary self in tomorrow!
