Mirrored fitted wardrobe doors..... urrghh yuk

You know the kind that slide on a track with 3 panels..... well we've just bought a house with lots of these type of doors and I detest them.... but due to huge new mortgage we will not be able to do anything major to them. Any ideas/experience of things I can do to them that will mean I am not constantly watching myself move around the room? TIA

TBH if it was me I would remove the doors.

When DH and I had no money we did something with a curtain pole and I made some curtains - help together with the power of wonderweb! Thus clothes covered but no unsightly clothes!

Mirror stickers might help but to be honest, I'd leave them and make them a priority for changing them.

They are stanley doors and can be replaced, cost around £100 per door from B&Q, plain white may be less oppressive

Okay, I thought the stickers might be a too-good-to-be-true cheap fix. Will save for changing them then - will check out B&Q thanks for their name.

I just can't understand why these things exist.. I mean who likes watching themselves all the time - it might be fun in, ahem, bed once in a while but all the time - it sort of feels like I am constantly in a fly-on-wall documentary-thingy Hmm Blush I'm odd aren't I?? Grin

Thanks again!!
