Please can you help me paint these tiles?

Our kitchen has ugly old tiles all over the walls. They have been painted yellow many years ago by previous owners. We cant afford to replace them so i was thinking to paint them.

Can you kindly help me with these questions?

1. Can i paint again over painted ones?

1. Can i use tile paint that doesn't require undercoat? I am dreaming of doing just cleaning and then one coat and not primer etc. (lazy emotion)

1. Can i use metallic paint?

1. If so where can i find metallic grey/stainless steel tile paint that needs no undercoat? (am i asking too much?

I 've just had a quick look at your site and found what i was looking for. A metalic silver, no prime needed, £6 ish.
