My Mil has had this in her last two homes, she loves it and it really is worth the investment.

At the moment she has wood effect in her living areas and tile effect in the kitchen but she had a bit of a design done.
Fil treats it every six months(ish) which is a bit of a palaver, but honestly it has been down for 4 years and looks as good today as when it was fitted.
It's not as cold, hard and noisy as my laminate Envy

I've had Amtico in a kitchen and a bathroom. Looks great and easy to clean and reseal. nice and warm underfoot too.

Agree with milly - it is nice and warm to walk barefoot on. I have had it all the way through my flat.

I had it put in my kitchen and hall 3 years ago and it's been brilliant. Since then I've also had it put elsewhere because I like it so much. It feels nice underfoot and looks good.

I'll probably be a lone voice here but we have amtico in our hall and it's horrible. It was being laid when we viewed the house so that's 9 years ago, but it looked shoddy really quickly.

It's a kind of white/grey marble tile effect with a scroll type border. The tiles have never looked clean and all the inlaid scroll things came up. I just don't think it looks as nice as real tiles would. They definitely look fake!

Thanks ladies!
@Zingle is it becasuse of how it was laid or the actual product? Were looking at the black slate tiles, perhaps theyre better quality now?

Im going back to the store on Saturday to finally make my mind up -- eek!

Hi pamtigra I have amtico in my hall and bathroom and would definitely recommend it. The hall floor is one of the wood designs and marble in the bathroom. Had it down for about 4 years now and it still looks as good as new :)
