Selling a flat with no garden or outside space

We're selling our 3 bedroom flat. It has no outside space at all. We've had it on the market 6 weeks and although we've had 20+ viewings, not even a sniff of an offer. Has anybody been in a similar situation and have any tips?

I dont know where in the country you are. If you are in south east there are many buyers from abroad at the moment and they dont bother much with garden. I would try and put it with agencies who have these sort of clients and branches abroad.

Or if you can spend some money and make it super modern for couples with no kids?
