What's your opinion on colours for loft rooms?

I don't want to white out my my newly converted loft (1900 terrace). I am itching to have a Cornforth White or a buff/stone/grey on either:

a) The side wall that has the sloped white ceiling cutting across it (in white?) plus the two full sized walls.

b) buff/stone/grey over the whole thing including ceiling.

c) just have colour on the two full sized walls and do the woodwork and cupboards on those walls in matching, leaving everything else white.

Opinions please

If you have white on three wals and colour on one it will reflect but still give you space. Also, you don't have to go for brilliant white

What's your favourite non brilliant white TDaDa? I am decorating with Dulux trade white at the mo and liking it.

Earthborn range (low VOCs) has "Piglet" and "Ballet Shoe". The latter is warmer.

Sens range (zero VOCs) so very good for allergies/asthma has nice whites Cotton and Claro.
