Dwell furniture/ any other similar?

As i've been out of the UK loop for a while, I'm not sure on the furniture shops there. When we move into our new house, I'll be facing a big task getting used to a contemporary/ modern kitchen- all corian surfaces and sleek wood doors. This is sooooo different to my style (more traditional aga type) that I am very scared.
I am looking for what I think will go with it - probably a white table, which proves no problem as there are plenty to choose from. But finding white dining/ kitchen chairs is proving difficult. I am looking for something at least a little padded as I want them to be comfortable. Probably leather, as I have young DCs and will need to be wipeable. I can't get my head around plastic chairs being comfortable, or am I wrong?
It's really hard decorating in something that isn't your style.
I've seen Dwell online - any good? Any other ideas?

I got my white chairs from M&S after searching everywhere! Habitat also had some as did Graham & Green. In fact G&G is probably a good site for you, would also recommend Rockett St George. Kind of ultra modern with a twist!

Oooooh, thanks for that- I'll look at those links. I started another post about my kitchen/ diner dilemma. I would post a photo, but as we don't exchange until next week, it would be a bit rude if the present owners saw it!
I liked the fabric chairs at John Lewis I linked to in the other post, but wondering if leather will be more practical than cream fabric!

Oh, should have added, have a look at Heals as well. Quite similar to Dwell.

I've used dwell for a couple of things and have found them to be good. We have some white dining chairs (plastic! Wouldn't say they're uncomfortable) and two sofas.

Friend of mine has some Dwell furniture and it is really nice. We went to the showroom and were very impressed. Infact, have the site open right now as looking at getting one of their sofas and some other bits from them myself.
