Slippery brick path

We have a red brick path that runs through our garden. It looks lovely but it's ever so slippery. Anyone have any ideas on how we can stop it being so slippery?

um put sand on it?

Is it slippery because of moss>
I'd try jetwashing it or cleaning it with Jeyes fluid and a stiff brush to kill it off.
