Off-white skirtings etc - white or off-white ceilings?

Hopefully my last paint question for a while Painting whole house. Was planning to do most of the wood kind of off-white (probably Dulux White Cotton for no particular reason). Should ceilings still be white or also off-white?

What colour are walls? I'd probably go for white ceilings but white cotton would be fine I should think.

Varies, but usually blue, green or cream-ish. Ceilings are now white due to wanting crack-covering stuff which only comes in white :) (Is there any more tedious job than painting an already white ceiling white again?)
