Kitchen floor tile ideas

We are having a new kitchen put in with dark granite surfaces. Should we go for white tiles or something more earthy? Quite like the look of the tiles that look like bricks (rectangular as opposed to square).

What colour are your cabinets? I have cream painted cabinets with dark granite. On the floor I have dark cream porcelain tiles in a large format brick layour. It looks lovely (I think!).

The cabinets will be the Wickes Heritage Grey colour which is a pale olive-like green. Where di you get your floor tiles from? They sound just like what we are after!
