Has anyone got any top tips on looking after it

I guess lots of water. Weedkiller? How long til we can mow it, walk on it etc

me and dh have a long history of killing anything we try to grow so all advice gratefully received Smile

We laid some down about 8 weeks ago, it bonded within a week after copious watering and we cut it at about 4 weeks.

did you diy? We found somewhere that delivered for £1 a roll oop north though , best not tell you about that Grin. Worth anything imho for an istant carpet of green.

Don't touch it with weedkiller for a good while and water it daily. Also when it is rooted enough to mow make sure you put the mower on the highest setting.
We laid a new lawn a couple of months ago and it is fanbloodytastic.

i think laying a lawn when your garden is a mud bath like ours was is possibly the most satisfying thing we have done.
