What sort of price for repainting all the rooms in my new house?

That is hall, stairs and landing, 2 receptions, and 4 beds. No gloss work or windows needed. Are we talking thousands?

Thankyou.

The alternative is not to bother until we've been in a few months and our clutter has spread and then do it piecemeal so we never have everything done as we'd like it at the same time.

I would think so. Depends how big they are, how much prepping needs to be done, ceilings.

We paid £400 for one room a few years ago.

Not ceilings. I don't think. Though if I remember rightly one of the rooms has some very offensive artexing Hmm

Depends on what kind of paint you're using and whether or not you're doing it yourself. We painted the whole of our rental house (3 beds, 2 receptions, hall & landing) for about £80 I think.

We use decorators at work and they charge £170 a day if that's any help?
