Rangemaster vs Electrolux Range Cooker

This has got to be my final thread regarding range cookers as we need to order it in the next few days.

My two final choices are the [[http://www.bootskitchenappliances.com/product/EKM10460X-Electrolux-Dual-Fuel-Range-Cooker-Stainless-Steel-14139.aspx?specification=true
Electrolux EKM10460X]]

or this
Rangemaster Toledo

Apart from the £500 price difference, the Rangemaster is 100mm wider than the Electrolux which we can accommodate in the kitchen.

Which one should I go for? I love them both but don't know whether the Rangemaster is that more expensive because of its name

I was just thinking of starting a thread like this. We are planing a new kitchen ( very exiting!!!) but I am not sure what cooker to choose. What are pros aand cons of eather or. My kitchen is rather big so it can accomodate a rangemaster very easily. I was even thinking of an Aga for a while, but it just looks more beautiful than practical. As you can see I have just started the thinking proces here...

I had the electrolux one in my last house. It was excellent.AFAIK rangemaster are considered superior but tbh I don't know where the electrolux could be improved on.We left it as part of the kitchen when we sold but I would get one again

Thanks so much. Noddyholder, did you have the 100cm or the 90cm Electrolux Were the knobs plastic or metal as can't quite see in any of the pics that I have seen?
Also, did it have the rotisserie thing in it where you can turn chicken?!

I have the Rangemaster Toledo 90 and love it. Can't think of any drawbacks with it.

I have an older Rangemaster (14 years old) and love it. Easy to get spares but they are very robust.
