We are clearly infested with the little buggers. Just saw one run across the kitchen floor, & up under the oven into the strip of skirting board there. We can hear them scrabbling away behind the skirting boards in the bathroom & up in the walls of the kitchen (which is next door to the bathroom). We have poison down behind the skirting boards we can access. Any genius suggestions??

Lethal traps (the spring ones) till you think they're all gone, then one or more contraptions like this {others exist.) See if you can figure out how they're getting in - pipes are a favourite, but they can sqeeze through any gap you can fit an ordinary pencil through.

Call the council out to properly bait and lay traps everywhere. I believe they don't charge to get rid of rodent infestations in some areas.

In the meantime, lay traps with peanut butter on.
