Recommendations for kitchen extensions cos in SW London

Hi. Am planning side return extension (kitchen/utility) in 2011. Looking for people to do it. Am I better to use an all service company, or get a project manager + builder and do everything in bits. DH and I have busy jobs so will need someone else to manage everything.

Looking for any recommendations people may have (or companies to avoid too!).

Can recommend builder/project manager- not sure where you are but works all over- small works run by yon Lyddon in kew. Has done bathroom and loft extension for us plus various other bits and a Load of stuff for friends. Even made it bearable when had builders in house with newborn.

Would not recommend Yon Lyddon. He is a liar and a very poor project manager. The actual building work is adequate. The relationship/project management is genuinely awful.
