My brother in law suggested this company the other day for bathroom stuff. Have you ever used them? Is it own brand or other makes ? I couldn't work it out from their website.....

Hi. We have used them a few times, and their stuff is lovely. We did have a couple of problems (they sent a toilet that leaked), but the customer service was really good and they exchnaged it with no quibbles. Recently we rang them again as we have one of their square toilets. I broke the toilet seat and we couldn't find a square loo seat anywhere for love nor money! So we rang them and they sent us a replacement for £25 which was pretty good (we thought they wouldn't sell us just a seat). So, all in all, pretty good.

PS Think uit is other makes - I don't believe they manufacture their own stuff.

That's good to hear. Their taps for eg are really cheap compared to other sites. We're spending on some things but want to cut back in other areas - so I'm seriously thinking of getting some things from there....

We bought a couple of things from them and customer service was awful - the shower screen we ordered arrived damaged, was taken away immediately but was hellish getting a replacement plus the staff were rude and off-hand whenever I phoned. Never again.

We had loads of stuff from them when we extended our last house. very cheap and we had no problems at all (was three/four years ago though)

Erm, we had LOADS of problems...With almost everything. but they did pay for a plumber to come fix it all...
