Nice old shelves/unit for bathroom - where to find?

I don't know where to look - there's a poncy shop in town that might sell this sort of thing but it will be a MASSIVE rip-off.

I just want something with a bit of character - like this but not £300

Ebay??

Anyone know any other websites that do this sort of thing?

Trudge around a few second-hand shops, junk shops, reclamation yards, auction rooms, house yard sales etc and be prepared to look past bad paint jobs etc.

Often you can see something that's the right shape/size etc but may need a bit of TLC or some work like stripping.

You'll have to put in some time and effort but you will find something eventually.

Failing that you have to go to the "I Saw You Coming" shop (or whatever that shop in the Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse show was called) and pay £899
