How do I find a surveyor (london) who can do a valuation on a lease extension!

Can anyone help me with the above.

We are busy selling our flat, but also need to extend the lease, or know how much it will cost to extend it for prospective buyers.

i know i need to get a surveyor who has experience of lease extensions - but can anyone point me in the direction of a website or name ... would be most obliged ....

Go to the LEASE website and look at tribunals in your area and that will give you the names of surveyors that worked on those cases.
