Sofa Dilemma!!!

We are about to move into a new house and I cannot decide what to do about our sofa's. I am edging towards having our current sofa's re-upholstered as I love them, they are soooo comfortable, deep seats and well made - trouble is I cannot decided what colour/fabric to choose.
The new living room had wooden floor and Duck egg Blue painted walls - Do I go Grey or a Tan/Brown and intoduce colour with cushions? - any sugesstions

Or - Buy new leather sofa's which not be as well made or have extra deep seats????

Help x

I would reupholster in dark brown leather -will look lovely with wooden floors & duck egg blue walls. We actually reupholstered our sofa & chair in dark brown leather & the quality is far superior to what you buy in a shop. We also replaced the seat cushions & it looks fab & is sooooooooooooooo comfy. It wasn't cheap to do but well worth it. Good luck

Mmmmmmmm would love to do that but the quote to upholster in material is £1450 and Leather is £4000 - Just can't stretch to that :-(
Thanks anyway x

Could faux leather be an option?I had my chesterfield done in it and it cost £800. Sounds a lot, I know, but worth it to me.

Try Tetrad website. Deep large sofas. Sofa workshop also does great (expensive) stuff.

With children I would rec brown always seems to match with so much. Plenty of blues, greys in the cushions.
