*Boots* 75% off sale - any idea when? post here!

I got tipped the wink on here last year and got a whole years worth of birthday pressies for a bargain!
ANy clues?

it was about the 6th of jan last year, dd had gone back to nursery - not sure this year, probably next week

Not sure, but there is already very little left in their 50% off sale

on another site someone claiming to be an employee is saying the 17th, not sure how true this is though

It's not, to my knowledge next week. usually mid Jan. Will find out and post back (tomorrow or Tuesday)

I wish I could remember when it was last year, but it was aaaaaaaaaaages into Jan I'm sure.

In fact, I won't find out till Tuesday as have just realised DS2 has inset day tomorrow!

I've heard it's going to be the 13th Jan- boo! I'm away at centreparcs- gutted as I got all this years xmas pressies in the last one. Although went into my local boots and got a few FCUK sets they had left for £5 as there was hardly anything on the shelves- not like last year. Plus there's hardly anything left online- not that it makes any difference as the site always crashes for days when they do the 75% off

TBH there isn't a lot left in most Boots. Plenty toys in ours though

It's just suddenly dawned on me why every birthday and Christmas present from my MIL has been from Boots for the last umpteen years

She may be getting something back from there herself if I can get anything!

I got lots online in the 50% sale. Happy with that but will kepp an eye out for 75% sale too

I was just about to post asking when this was. I don't work on the high street anymore so don't have my usual 'contacts'!

really? can anyone confirm? i was in my local one yesterday and the shelves were still stocked full with pre-christmas stuff...

i asked in store last week and they said they dont think theyre doing it this year

I read the MSE thread on the topic and it seems quite a lot of boots stores have been saying it is postponed, either due to weather, or to people not having spent as much in the 50% sale.

But some people have found individual items at 75% off.
