Guitar Hero DS for only £7.99

Just ordered Guitar Hero for DS reduced from £39.99 to £7.99 on HMV online.

Another present for my Christmas cupboard.

Please bear with me - I have NO idea at all about anything gadgety!! My 10yo nephew explained it better than I can.

The DSi only has the one gap in it for the slim little games.

The DS has that slim gap plus a larger one for the bigger games so could continue to use games from gameboy.

The guitar strap for the Guitar Hero needs to be plugged into that large gap. .

None of this is explained on the HMV site however.

Does any of that make any sense???

Thats the only reason I have not upgraded my DS to a DSi, as I know it doesn't have the slot to play Gameboy Advance games like the DS, and you need that slot for the sylus on Guitar Hero. Bit pants really.
