This company is a pain in the arse, yes the content is lovely and yes the £1 promo was great, but you have to sign up to a continuing order of £2.99 per wk, i have cancelled this 6 times now. Every week another farking box turns up (at my home address rather than the office specified) and every week my credit card is charged.

I have had to cancel my card this week just to stop the buggers repeat charging me for something i don't want. Despite weekly emails. And telephone calls. And the use of voodoo dolls when all else failed.

ooh no i haven't tried to cancel so i didn't know they were dodgy. yikes. having to cancel your card because of them is shocking!

is there someone you can report them to?

Oh bugger! I've just signed up with the intention of cancelling after the first box.

Oh well, will let you all know whether I manage to successfully cancel.

Just for the peace of mind of people that signed up: I was with them for a few weeks last year and when I cancelled as I went on leave, I had no further money taken from them....and the boxes are delicious...

i'm sure it's just me, they don't like me, it's personal.

TBH i don't think they are dodgy per se, just have shite customer service. And you have to remember that i am one customer out of probably quite a lot.

I have seen these before and think they look pretty good. Might send for one for DH as he is a devil for snacking on the wrong stuff at work.

Person I knew who have sued them has has had no problems with them.
