Hiya don't know about tesco's but asdas rules are.

If the voucher is specifically for asdsa ie for an asda own brand item you can only use it for that item.

However, if for example you had vouchers for things like pampers / branded baby food or aunt bessie yorkshire puds etc you can use them at the till for upto 10% of your bill even if u aren't buying the item. Not all staff are aware and occasionally you have to get a manager to put them straight, but we do it all the time and that is the rules!!

Where did u get all the vouchers from

Do tell!!

kitkat i got them from bounty packs (evil) also have got loads off the back of those selection packs of nestle (evil) cereals. Have you used any coupons this way in asda recently as i heard they had changed their policy. i used to use them before and yes it was 10%

used some a couple of days ago, but like I said they haven't educated all the staff. Last time i went in the cashier refused to accept them and I told her she was wrong manager agreed that their policy was 10 % and after manager had gone cashier said oh god I feel awful I've been refusing a litte old man who comes in every week! Bless her.

You have to push and ask the manager if they won't accept.

If you're worrid ask before you do your shop.

Thanks for the tip - i'm of to read my bounty stuff!!!

Do you get preschool chequebooks round your way? have been told they can be god for quite a bit in vouchers!
