Argghh - Vertbaudet '£15 off order' again! Help! Any thats used these ....

Right, am getting stressed over this now!!

On Nov 25th I made several orders using the £115 off £20 code... they all seemed to go through and I recieved confirmation emails for each one.

Now Over the next few days I made several more. In fact i ordered 25 items altogether (12 orders)

Each time the order was £5 to £7.

Now out of ALL that stuff Ive receieved a shipping email saying that 5 items are on their way (but the items don't even match on my orders i have 'bath robe - the dressing gown kind, but on the dispatch email it says ive ordered capes - the towels that wrap round)

And when I look at my bank state ment Ive only been charged 3 times for Vertbaudet, each time the amount is £2.25 ... £2.75 and the £3.43?!?!

What the heck is going on??

I don't know if Ive been charged for the stuff, if its come off my abvailable balance or what?!

And I can't just ring them ... I feel like Ive used the code too much!! and they'll shout!!

£15 off... not £115!

And if 5 items are out for delivery then wahy have only 3 amounts been taken from my account?

The normally break down each item into a small price, like I ordered two pairs of PJ's for £11.00 each.

So with the £15 off, they marked them at £3.50 each. I am now only getting one pair, so they will charge £3.50 to the account.

BTW - 12 orders!!!!!!

Hi I have used a lot of 15 pounds off free delivery and free gift codes to do multiple orders and although items have come in drips and drabs everything I ordered turned up eventually.

Its just the money Im worried about, Im not sure whether my available balance has taken all these orders into account or not, iykwim!

You do have to be careful,I think that the money is taken when the items are ready for dispatch.Why don't you phone customer service to check

posted this before and never got an answer - what do you buy in vertbaudet? I have never seen anything very nice so I must be missing something? What do you buy? Thanks

I buy lovely pjs and bodysuits for my DD and DGD

Ive bought the DS's a coat each, PJ's and some nice Jeans for DS1.

I find vertbaudet varies year to year. Some years I don't see anything I like; some years I want it all...

I find when you order a lot it does come in dribs and drabs. When you get the promotional free gift, that sometimes comes weeks before my actual order.

portandlemon I agree it can be hit and miss.

I had my statement through this morning and they have only charged me for 1 order.

The other parcel I got had 1 item pending, so they will charge for the whole order next time.

Im very pee'd off,

made 12 orders, over 25 items!

Ive had 3

Thats it,

2 emails telling me 2 otems were out of stock but no mention of ALL the other items , no money taken from account either.

Not a clue whats going on
