my order went through this morningand I received a confirmation email. But I've just had another one saying my order has been cancelled because they are out of stock

Yup, just had that email too - taking them back! That can't be fair.

No email here yet - fingers crossed. It's a bit rubbish though as they only allow 1 per customer so they can't have had that many available, it's not like people could order 10 at a time!!

The one's that are cancelled - did you all order the pin badge? That went out of stock so I wondered if that was why they cancelled, trying to find some more info on other forums now

I have only had the conformation email.

The gloves were showing as in stock when I ordered though, and I only ordered the gloves, nothing else, and only used the gloves code not the free delivery one.

Just checked my account on the site and the order is showing as 'New order, not yet despatched'.

I bought a pair of socks for £2, then the postage was £2.

If i don't get my gloves can I get a refund as I dont want to pay £4 for one pair of socks

Lots on MSE have had theirs cancelled - they cancel the whole order not just the gloves - someone had bought a hot water bottle too and DP cancelled the lot!

I ordered the gloves and the snowflakes and used both my codes. My whole order was cancelled and it doesn't look as though I've been charged, thankfully.

I just had a despatch email with tracking number!!! It seems quite random the way they are cancelling some but not others. I'd keep checking the site and if they come back in just keep re ordering, you never know!
