So its not only me then. Im waiting for 4 mugs. Were pressie's for nana's and grandad's. Im really disapointed too. Have ordered from snap fish in the past an always recive within 4-5 days. I placed the order Dec 1st and still nothing

I ordered 4 mugs, 2 were good quality, 2 very poor. I sent them back and after a 2 week wait and numerous phonecalls finally got replacements in the post. Quite a lot of hassle really but they will make great presents.

Mine arrived last week and they're dreadful quality, complete waste of time and money. If you haven't received yours yet I'd get a refund as I'd be ashamed to give the ones I've got they really are that bad.
