mine arrived yesterday and it took me ages to work out what it was and where it came from as there is no delivery note etc with it!

I phoned yesterday , only to be told my order was cancelled and they were not sending anymore out .
I am annoyed about this ,as i have phoned twice before and was told they would definately be here in plenty time for Christmas.
i have not been charged ,but the guy I spoke to was anignorant6sod^ most unhelpful. He implied there was a problem with my card, although they had confirmed the order and I had a reference number.

The money was taken from my account weeks ago and I have telephoned to be told they would be here by Christmas.

Have rung this morning and been told the following.

It should of been 1 pack per household but they were snowed undered with orders as it was leaked onto the internet.

They sent out single orders first.Girls then boys.

The mulipule orders were sent out this week so in the hands of the postal service now.

If not received but Christmas they will refund.

I called them last week and was told it had been shipped so would get in the next few days.
Nothing arrived, so called them again this Monday and was told that when they say "shipped" it means its gone from their warehouse to their shipping department, so it doesn't actually mean they have been posted
But she said like others have mentioned, the last were sent out this week and should get them by Saturday and they could guarantee that people would have them for xmas.

Yeah right.

Personally, I will be calling them today and cancelling the money from my card and telling the bank that this company have taken the money but not provided the goods.
I am livid about that bit. If they hadn't charged me yet then I wouldn't really care less but the fact they have taken the money and not come up with the goods just makes me mad.

Ok just called them again and was given the bumff about girls being despatched first, then boys, then multiples so if you had ordered one of each that is why you were charged, because girls were done first.

The very last ones were sent Tuesday so the very latest you will get them is Tuesday next week and they are still saying you will definately have them for xmas.

I called yesterday, and she tried to put blame onto the postal service, ie if I haven't received them yet it's because of the various postal strikes. Oh and she also said the only ones remaining were multiple (girl and boy) orders. I am livid that they took my money over a month ago and nothing.

Got mine last week and basically think they're full of tat really - yes there are a couple of OK items but overall pretty poor. Not sure that the girls bag was even worth £4 to be honest - but I did order one of each boy and girl and therefore have waited until the end for despatch - and therefore it sounds like they've scraped the bottom of the barrel to put them together. Would have done better if I'd ordered separately! Anyway - you live and learn. There are 2 books in there I like, plus a bottle of bubbles. Unfortunately that's all I like!

Received mine yesterday, one of each order.

Got mine today too.
Definately not £30 worth. I don't know how they worked that one out lol.
DS got a lazytown book, a speed racer pull back car, a noddy book, a christmas carol cd, a disney cars light up pen and another book I think.
DD got a little mermaid light up pen, disney princess bubbles, lazy town book, a noddy poster (will give that to ds), carol cd and something else that slips my mind.

But they will do what it says on the tin. Fill the stockings.
