Good luck! I had a huge run in with Woolies online last week.
Ordered a sandpit for delivery to local shop. Day before delivery I ring up to check order (no email contact) and find it's been refunded.
Heated email exchange followed ending in me flouncing off vowing never to use them again!
Essentially they freely admit to listing items in stock without actually knowing if they are in stock.
My step-dad has also advised that Woolies are in trouble at the moment and might not be the best place to buy online.
I have been refunded my money tho.
