How long does this last, I have used it the past two years for dd uniform but we will not be sure until July where she will be.

mapleleaf · 15/06/2008 14:26

Not sure for how long but M&S are always really good at returns or swaps (ie navy for grey) instore. I was so impressed to see winter coats on there too. Quite the saving overall !

twinsetandpearls · 15/06/2008 14:36

Had not thought of that!

I know where we want her to go and there are places so getting the uniform should be OK, if I could change itif needed.

TLSM · 15/06/2008 22:13

Brilliant thats my little boy done including his coat for £30!

LynetteScavo · 15/06/2008 22:14

They usually have the offer in shops untill atleast the end of July, I think.

HappyMummyOfOne · 16/06/2008 08:10

Its a good offer but I dont like the unisex jumpers which is a shame. The rib at the bottom is too femine in the pic.

Also unsure that a jumper for £2 would withstand the wear and washing so may be false economy in the long run.

The offer does discount a lot of money though.

IllegallyBrunette · 16/06/2008 08:11

It is a good offer, but I won't be buying their polo shirts again, as all of Ds's shrunk first time I washed them.

HappyMummyOfOne · 16/06/2008 09:39

Was tempted to get the polo shirts though but wont now - thanks Illegaalybrunette.

Had the uniform from Next last year and its still going strong and will last till the end of term as he's just growing out of it so i'll stick to what I know.

LynetteScavo · 16/06/2008 10:22

The sirts do shrink, but so do John Lewis shirts.

Any one know of polo shirts that don't shrink?

HappyMummyOfOne · 16/06/2008 10:33

My Next ones didnt but I dont tumble dry if that makes a difference. MIL bought a pack from Asda but they didnt wash as nice and the collars where bigger and not as neat.

IllegallyBrunette · 16/06/2008 12:35

Have had polo shirts from BHS and Adams and they have never shrunk at all. They wash really well and seem to last forever.
