Voy is slightly more expensive than other providers but I went with them because of the bespoke coaching and clinical support. The coaching involves weekly text check ins after an initial video call. To begin with, we discussed side effects etc, but then I realised what I needed was accountability for my strength exercises (to prevent muscle wasting). My coach messages me every Tuesday to ask how many sessions I have managed and I have found this incredibly motivating. I even find myself getting up early in a Tuesday so I can tell her one more! The clinical support has also been exceptional. A few weeks back, I found my suppression was lower than it had been previously. I discussed this with a clinician, who prescribed me a ‘top up’ dose at no extra charge. It arrived two days later.
