You enter the discount code at the page of your basket before you cheack out.

I received an email back from them. They say its too late to cancel the order (I placed the order at 1:15am and cancelled the order at 1:20am), they say I should refuse delivery or just send it back.
I have emailed them back explaining why I wanted to cancel the order (the fact they won't accept the code), will wait and see what they say to that! A bit cheeky but if you don't ask, you don't get.

Watch out if you order two. I got only one refund of £18.50, but charged two lots of £23.50 so one is going back.

I paid from two different accounts and checked one of them and have been charged the full amount. Should the refund come through afterwards or does this mean we are being charged full??

the space to enter the promotional code is on te first page you go to to checkout and the discount is applied for the following page. If it doesn't work you need to remove the item from the basket and start again

i ordered the leappad bundle and was charged full amount tto BUT ive just rang them and they have credited the money back to my account after i ranted about wanting them to come and collect it!

Well they tried to deliver my one today but I was out. They will attempt to deliver once more and then return it to sender.
I'm only going to keep it if they honour the discount which I doubt.

I ordered a cotbed duvet set using the code at the weekend. It said on the invoice email that the total is £4. Checked my bank account this morning and they've taken out £22.50!!

So I rang them and the woman just said 'That's how it's done' I argued that I wasn't warned and have now gone over my overdraft limit as a result and she repeated the 'that's how it's done mantra' ! [grr]
She said she's refunded the payment but that it may take 'up to 5 days'. I didn't have the energy to argue.

Bloody bastards.

Unfortunately its true, thats how they do it. Sometimes the refund goes into your bank first before you are charged, sometimes its the other way round.

I just noticed it no longer works as well. too bad suppose I was only being greedy though as have used it 3 times already and each time only charged £5 so very happy.

Just wanted to say Thanks to alysonpeaches for letting us know about this. Got the Leap Pad for DD1 for Easter (she'll get enough chocolate from GPs!). Arrived yesterday and been charged full amount but credited back £18.50.

Also just got a cheap (£4.35 AI) BN Disney Princess leap pad book off eBay so am very happy (Easter) bunny . Thanks again!
