Our first box arrived yesterday and I was pleasantly impressed. Portion sizes are large (we are 6 adults so I used 2 recipes)

I used a code for a free Gousto box. All fine, ordered my box , no charge applied.Gave me a delivery date.
I then got a email from Gousto saying that they had changed the delivery date( supposed the have arrived 06 Aug and they had changed it to 13 Aug).
Ok , I thought, these things happen. On Wednesday of last week they took £37.71 out my bank account for a 2nd box! I haven’t received the first one!

I went into the app and paused my subscription and then sent an email to Gousto. I’ve got my money back but no free box was delivered on the 13 Aug!

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m really disappointed.

I think they got a little overwhelmed with the free-box take up. I've used them for a while now and have always had my box on time but when I first signed up, I had to wait about 3 weeks for my first box. They seem pretty good at sorting out any issues.
