Yes,basically.In each box,you get 4 recipe kits where you get 3 flavour pots eg if you were making jambalaya-cajun seasoning,garlic paste and jambalaya stock.You then get a recipe card where it tells you the ingredients you need eg.rice,peppers,onion,celery.You get step by step instructions on the recipe card and suggestions to adapt recipes.The reason I like it is because its the seasoning,flavours etc which are so hard to replicate and make taste authentic,and the fact you can buy the fresh ingredients when it suits you.I wouldn't want to have perishable ingredients delivered if I wasn't going to get round to using the box in the next few days or so.I like the fact that the spices and seasoning really makes it taste like an expensive takeaway etc.and I can use the boxes as and when suits me.
