Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? I ordered 2 x Cohorted mystery boxes through wowcher. Box didn't arrive by set date given which was 21 Aug. Wowcher have emailed cohorted. Cohorted are stating haven't received wowcher order & apparently there are technical issues with the wowcher orders being sent to Cohorted but it should be resolved by the end of the day.
.... that was 4 days ago... no update, no resolution provided... I sent wowcher a message through twitter yesterday & I was told to wait the outcome of the case that had been raised.
I'm now stuck with an extra cohorted box as it was purchased for a birthday gift that has now passed.
I'm new to wowcher, this was my first order. I'm not impressed & wont be using again.
Anybody else stuck with this saga also?
