ELC - free Birthday Club with goodie bag sent to LO!!!!!!!!!

Went into ELC today and if you join their Birthday Club they send LO a goodie bag in time for their birthday and you get 20% discount voucher for the big day.

We've been a memeber for a couple of years & never had a goodie bag, get the discount code tho'. Is the goodie bag a new thing?
