Hi, I have some paper gift vouchers from many years back, no expiry date. I did ring Marks a year or so ago asking whether they were ok to use and they said fine but today I called customer service and they said best to contact the stores. We would like to use these for our Xmas shopping this year so wondering whether anyone knows for sure what the policy is. There is nothing on the site. These are old paper vouchers, whereas these days it's all on gift cards.
