They had Crayola sets last week, which were 99p instead of £8!!

tortoise · 15/06/2007 20:59

Have you ordered one of those paddling pools?

tortoise · 15/06/2007 21:09

No.
I got an easy up pool half price in toysrus a few weeks ago. Not as cheap as those though.

Filling isn't too bad-it's blowing the damnthing up which is painful and time consuming-even with an electric pump-maybe I need a better pump but it nearly killed me alst Summer.

tortoise · 15/06/2007 21:20

Had an 8ft one last year. it went green too quickly. i must find out the best pool stuff to use to stop that happening this year!

Hi FM. I have been pretty useless with my e mailing, so apologies!

Tempted by that pool, but not liking the thought of all the pumping up & filling up!!

fransmom · 15/06/2007 21:23

nor me! we bought a elc cottage pool/ball pind for dd's 1st birthday ;ast year. silly me went and bought a foot pump.

Pinkchampagne · 15/06/2007 21:30

I bought a ELC Thomas one last year, which cost £40, took forever to pump, then DS2 refused to go in it (he just liked hugging Thomas's big inflatable head!) & then it rained for the rest of the summer, so wasn't used again!
This summer it appears to have hundreds of punctures, so is useless!

fransmom · 15/06/2007 21:32

dd refuses to go in hers if there too many of the balls in bless her

House is fine, but have had problems with the boys sleeping & a few little behaviour problems with DS1. They are both with their dad tonight.

fransmom · 15/06/2007 21:42
