Hi just thought i would share with you -
I ordered shopping on 4th to be delivered on the 5th then things happened and i had to cancel the order, all seemed fine....untill....on the 8th i checked my bank statement and they money had been taken out. I called them and they said they would 'send a urgent email asking for a refund'
Well i just remembered about that and checked my statement and guess what.....NO refund!! I have just called them back and they have to check their system and call me back!
I know people that never check their statements - so just incase anyone else does that thought you should know.

Then entered one from last page for £7 off and it now says 'We can only use one XX coupon so taking £10 off. Other coupons will be stored for later orders' Claims to be taking £10 off.

Shall see how much I get charged when the food turns up tomorrow...

nocitrus, you know you don't need to spend £100 to use a £100-minimum-spend code?

when doing the shop, add a few expensive things (eg champagne, big boxes of washing powder) to take it over the minimum spend, then check out with the code as normal.

Then log back in and do 'change / cancel' 'change order', remove the expensive things then hit 'confirm'.

The discount is still applied when they debit your account.

strange it wouldn't work for me. Maybe because I used it on last weeks shop which was also over £100???

Mrsbadger - thanks, had read that but the pregnant-marshmallow-brain was on duty yesterday! I usually do order over £100, but top up from local stores. Can't get out atm hence extra order. So CLK6 may get used next time!

Got my £10 off today, along with £2 off because my raspberries had popped open and fallen everywhere so I'd get a refund - although I picked them all up and they look fine!

Strange to have only a 2-crate order instead of at least 6, but I guess I ordered lots of small things like fruit, and didn't get any cereal or loo roll!

any ideas anyone on why the £10 off didn't work for me?

XX-YR8H still working - my order was £60 and it gave me £6 off. It comes up that it won't work but its taken £6 off the total.

On another site it said the £13 off £90 spend (XX-CLK6) expired on 20.7. I've just used it and it was accepted, but I'm a bit worried it won't work when the shopping arrives so I'm going to swap to one I know will work for sure!
