Don't know what I would do without these codes it means I can sneak in some chocolate for me adn the DC.

My tesco shop has just arrived and they have not honoured XXB47M one, I ordered it last night and it arrived with a slip saying that it could not be honoured, giving a list of possible reasons-

Just so you all know to not use it before the recommended date!!!

tiredemma, my delivery has just arrived with the same note. I am a bit pissed off with them because to my knowledge they have never done this before if the voucher has been accepted online! Of course, I can hardly complain about it

Thinking about this, should we contact Tesco, and say that as the voucher was accepted online, they should accept it at time of paying. I am so sorry for giving you this code if it has left you out of pocket

Just checked my confirmation e-mail and there was no mention of the E-voucher which there normally is.
So although accepted at checkout, it wasn't in confirmation.
I have just cancelled my delivery for tom, and will reorder with a different code.

i have deleted mine and cannot find another way of seeing if the coupon has been used.

All those who have been refused the voucher i would suggest you email tesco asking if you could use XX8R3M instead, and tht they should have informed you prior to buying that it was not being used.

Abandoning mine now, and will re-order.

i totally echo what soup kitchen says not your fault, we're just glad to nick the codes and i've learned something, I never check the email that comes and I didnt realise that the evoucher is confirmed in it. I've just checked my email and its there. However i've had so many refused that if it was accepted at the time of the order then it should be honoured

does anyone know if a date of an offer is 'until 8th july', does that mean the offer is still on if i am getting a delivery that day? It used to tell you if the offer was not available on that delivery date,but not anymore?

As regards the £12 off -I phoned Tescos and complained as it had been confirmed in my order confirmation email and they automatically said they would honour it - no problems!
