Having signed up at the start of the year for the loyalty card, we had 6 months free coffee and cake vouchers, then another 3 months, but haven't had any more vouchers. Have they stopped it??

I don't think it has finished completely. I received three more yesterday for a regular hot drink and cake but with longer dates.

Having done a quick google it suggests that they are limiting the vouchers now, as their cafés are busy in the run up to christmas, and it might be based on spending patterns, i.e. Those who have spent money while getting their cake might still be sent vouchers

We bought something each time we went as well generally!

I received mine yesterday but each voucher covers 3 months. I also got a voucher for a free tote bag. obviously spend way too much in JL

Yes I got a voucher for a free tote. It says on the voucher for September that I may exchange it for coffee and cake OR a tote bag!

I spend a fortune at JL and always buy everything on their partnership card- but I rarely off my Loyalty card to them because I don't want everything to be tracked- though presumably they can from the credit card anyway if they wanted to.

The DM piece says that free coffee and cake will only be sent to existing customers who spend a lot and use their loyalty card.

Our last ones were in July.

2 vouchers it appear one from mid Sept to end october and 1 11 November to 21 Dec.

slightly odd vouchers as they are different

1st week in November is excluded- is this half term week or something?
