I was trying to get free delivery to a store, but one item wasn't available for store delivery so they gave me a code for free home delivery:

Same thing happened to me about month ago, said one item wasn't available for store delivery. As I didn't want to pay delivery, I rang cs and the guy told me there having big IT problems with delivery to stores on the program. So I got free delivery too.
