A spin off from reastie's fabulous christmas online bargains thread. This one is for sharing bargains for birthday/treats for kids and adults.

Gro clock is £19.95 from Amazon at the moment

DD woke up at 6.15am and decided she wanted to get up as it was such a beautiful day. I was a bit Hmm as it was still dark. Might be breaking out the blackout blind soon

Bit of a spending spree at moment! Also just bought this Coleman Sundome beach shelter for our first beach holiday since kids. Will probably be raining but will be able to use in garden too

Have bought some DVD's. Trying to be good still, but I'm itching to shop!

Brilliant thread. Missed out on kidscraft house someone posted a few weeks ago. If anyone sees a cheap-ish Barbie dolls house please let me know. The dream house is £65 so still a bit dear.

Oreocrumbs · 07/03/2013 16:59

Bakingnovice

Mothercare website, free delivery. This ELC mansion dolls house looks like it will fit barbies. It is currently half price at £65, but if you use the code VXXN that Moosey posted earlier then it comes down to £52. Any good?

Link

Oreocrumbs · 07/03/2013 17:02

Max doll size to fit the mansion is 30 cm is that about the size of a barbie?

MooseyMoo · 07/03/2013 18:47

Just bought this Disney Princess rucksack for DD reduced from £10 to £6 at Tesco

Tyrell Katz sale on Love their melamine plates and bowls for kids. They have a robot design in sale

I managed to get a couple of Xmas presents for DD: fairies theme trinket box] (there is a horse one too) and a [[http://tyrrellkatz.co.uk/fairies-towel.html beach towel. Lunch boxes, pencil cases, drink bottles and other stuff included.

The postage is steep at £4.95 but I love their stuff and goood discount on most products.

I was browsing on Very.co.uk and noticed a karaoke machine reduced from £65 to £50, which I thought was great as wanting one for DD and can pay in 3 monthly payments without interest being charged. Did a search for a discount code though didn't expect to find one as usually only available to new customers unless they post a code out to you which i've benefited from in the past ranging from between £10 and £30 discount. To my surprise I found a code for £20 off when spending £50 and valid for existing customers. The code is displayed on the website but I didn't even notice it until I read about it being there when I searched for a code. DH has an account too so expect we will get something else! The code is 397UL valid till 22nd march.

JABULA · 12/03/2013 11:38

Lots of up to date codes on this discount group here: www.facebook.com/groups/611179132229047/?fref=ts

Chockywockydoodah · 12/03/2013 16:52

Could be wrong but something tells me that Jabula above is a mumsnet imposter feeding us spam not codes!
