I received my order today after placing it on Tuesday. Surprise- no extra freebie hamper despite placing the code in my basket and emailing to confirm( I never received a reply!)

Anyway, the hamper looks great, the box it comes in is huge BUT 2 of the items- the choclatey Santa figures are smashed. I emailed them- they close at 4 on Sat- and await to see what happens next.

I've spoken to my Mum (had mine delivered to home in UK) and it arrived yesterday afternoon- I checked Quidco and also don't appear to have any cashback.

I do have a confirmation email from Thorntons though,so I'm guessing I can find the ref from there...will go and check now.

They said the reason I didn't get a confirmation email is because I didn't provide one

I just checked Quidco and my transaction with Thorntons is showing, but no tracking of cashback. Have contacted them to see what's happening.
