AArgh, anyone else having problems getting on to tesco direct?

I've been trying to order clothes and toys since yesterday afternoon, but everytime I go into the site and select toys (for eg) I just get an error "Internet Explorer acnnot display the webpage"

I think the site might be falling over as everyone tries to double up their reward points and spend them before the 6th.

You might have to go into store instead.

I have had prob with trying to change vouchers online for electrical stuff. Keeps saying that voucher code expired or has already been used!! They haven't! and still show on my account! I have emailed them as loads of people I know have had probs with the same thing. Hoping they may extend it or something?

Yes, exactly the same problem. Think the site is just falling apart with demand! I'm really worried that they'll just tell us all to bog off and that our vouchers will be worth less despite our attempts to sort it before the date. Might set my alarm for 4 in morning and try then. . . maybe not!

Nope, not working for me either. Tesco should still honour the 4 x as I don't think it fair that I can't redeem at that rate due to website failure. Grrr Angry

Its not just online, I was in the store this afternoon and the queue at the customer services was huge. Worth waiting though, I bought 4 presents for the DCs for next to nothing.

I finally managed to get something in the basket and checkout, only took about 1 hour and pressing 'refresh' a million times.

No idea. It went to an error page a couple of times. I just clicked on refresh and then the right page came up! Just lucky I guess.

Right after 2 hours of constantly refreshing the page I have finally checked out with 23 minutes to spare.

I would imagine they will honour all those who email
