I used the XTHB code a few times the other day (spend £30, get £10 off). I have shopped there for years and always use this code (or one like it) - usually a few times.
However, in the last few days I've heard on the FB site that customer services seem to be disallowing the code in some cases and sending snotty emails. It seems random though. I started panicking then! As in the past the site always encourages you to keep using the code.
I haven't received a ticking off yet but it seems unfair that Boden are not treating all of their customers the same. I'm surprised tbh - always counted them as one of a few retailers where you can depend on customer service.
