Tesco refused my Supersavvyme.com coupons...

I was mortified. The supervisor was called and everything.
I have a black and white laser printer, they didn't believe me.
Has anyone else had this problem?

It doesn't say anywhere that the coupons must be in colour. Have complained to Tesco and Supersavvy. It's more about the fact I was accused not the money.

I think Tesco tried to ring as I was sorting the kids tea (not a good time), ashamed to say I ignored it as I hate phone confrontation and the kids were arguing over portion size!
An email would do, that's why I mailed them instead of ringing!

outrageous - how dare they. I would expect at least £10 or £20 of vouchers as compensation for being treated like that. The cost of colour printer cartridges- how dare they make up their own rules like this. Good luck

Ha! Got an email saying it was up to store's discretion and basically bog off! Barstewards.

Yes Tesco awful for refusing internet coupons. I have letter from head office saying they will accept internet coupons as long as in date and item purchased but same problem again with staff who treat you like a criminal last week. Don't deserve the business.
