St Hugh’s - expansion plans & property search

We are hoping to join St Hugh’s school. I would be grateful for any views on the proposed expansion plans and also any leads on finding somewhere (5 bed) to live - either to rent or buy! There isn’t a huge amount through either estate agents or buying agents we have spoken to.

We turned down a place at St. Hugh's for year 7 entry. We loved the prep school but the area they are redeveloping for the senior school just seemed too small. We also had concerns that DS would make friends who would leave at 13 for Radley, MCS etc. They have just bought another 20 acres of land paid for by an ex parenr (I have insider knowledge!) I have no doubt the senior section will be a success but we have chosen a larger school with a larger pool of kids for friends and larger facilities.
