Any experiences getting a City of London school place from waiting list?

Hi Everybody ,

Has anyone received a place at a City London School after being on the waiting list/reserved list?

We received an email saying our daughter is on the waiting list, if in case anyone doesn't confirm their place, we would be contacted. But silence since then.

We tried to call them, email them , but the only thing they say is to wait.

Please share your experience. Has anyone else encountered this? And got their place eventually ?

Hi, my DD has an offer from City of London Girls for Year 7 she ll start in Sep! Did you ask what her position is on the waiting list? Did they invited you to offer holders day which was in Feb 23rd?

they didnt invite us, as we are abroad currently, planning to relocate to London in Summer, they just said wait, how long to wait is unknown(

So, you got unconditional offer, not reserved offer?

Yes, we received the unconditional offer in Feb 13th and we accepted it.

apparently there is nothing like numbered positions on waiting list
